Last updated: August 25, 2026

voHugg is a marketing workspace that helps businesses create, organize and prepare marketing content.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name and email address, business information you enter, website URLs, Brand DNA details, content drafts, workspace preferences, support communications, and basic service usage information.

Authentication

Account authentication is provided by Google Firebase Authentication. If you choose Google sign-in, Google and Firebase process the information needed to authenticate your account. voHugg does not receive your Google password.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, operate your workspace, personalize marketing drafts, maintain your Brand DNA, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.

AI and connected services

When AI or publishing integrations are enabled, information you submit may be processed by the service providers needed to perform the feature you request. Connected services are used only after the user authorizes the relevant integration.

Storage

During early access, some workspace preferences and Brand DNA information may be stored locally in your browser. Account authentication is handled by Firebase. Future cloud-storage features will be disclosed here when enabled.

Security

We use HTTPS, authentication controls, and service-provider security features designed to protect account access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

You may request deletion of your voHugg account and associated service data by contacting support. Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

Contact

Privacy questions and account-deletion requests can be sent to support@vohugg.com.
