These Terms govern use of the voHugg early-access marketing workspace.

Service

voHugg helps users plan, draft, organize and, where supported and authorized, prepare marketing content. Some features are early-access or preview features and may change as the service develops.

AI-generated content

AI-assisted output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, claims, legal compliance, intellectual-property rights, and platform requirements before publishing or using generated material.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information and may not use another person's account without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use voHugg for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, impersonation, deceptive practices, malware, unauthorized access, infringement, or content prohibited by applicable law or connected-platform policies.

Early-access pricing

Early access is currently offered without a required credit card. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation terms and any applicable trial conditions will be shown before you are charged.

Availability

Features that depend on third-party APIs, social networks, authentication, AI services, hosting providers or other integrations may change or become temporarily unavailable.

Termination

Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk, unlawful use or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
